Fundraising Ideas... Blackout Cards and Lottery Tickets
Welcome to the Fundraisers page. Many of our customers who have bought raffle tickets are looking for alternative ways to raise funds.
Here you will find two other products that we offer, The Blackout Card and The Lottery Ticket. These products have proven to be extremely popular as quick & effective fundraisers.
Blackout cards
Blackout Cards are a simple, fun and effective way for you to raise more funds.
How Does It Work
Lets take for example, a rugby card. On the card there are 30 different teams from across the country, One of those will be hidden underneath the blackout label at the top, this is the winner. After all the teams are filled in, the winner is revealed.
So... If you have a card of 30 teams at a £1 stake, then the total pot will be £30. If your prize is chosen at £10, then that's £20 raised for the club.
Samples
At the moment we make cards representing the sports Football, Rugby & Cricket. Should you require a sport that does not appear above, please contact us as we can produce specials to order.
The number of teams are varied from 30 up to 60, but the most popular ones are illustrated in the samples above, which have fewer teams. This is because most clubs want to sell to members and opposition alike and be confident of getting a quick 'fill up'.
Prices
All our prices include P&P and VAT. The cost for 100 cards is only £16.50, or you can go for our special 200 cards at only £25.50. If you require a larger quantity please contact us.

Lottery Tickets
Another simple and fun way of generating extra funds. This game works much the same as our national lottery, only with fewer numbers.
How Does It Work
A ticket is made up of 20 numbered boxes, the owner of the ticket marks off 6 numbers individually by crosses then sends it back to the club. The winning 6 numbers are then drawn at random and the winning ticket holder receives the prize.
Once a licence is obtained for a lottery ticket, it can be used in conjunction with a weekly or monthly lottery. These two part tickets can be bought plain or numbered and sold to members & the local public.
How much to be made
Lets say then for example, the prize pool is 50% of the total subscriptions/tickets received and the price of each ticket is 50p. If 100 tickets are sold, the prize would be £25 and the funds raised would be £25. Of course the prize pool can be any percentage you choose.
Following any draw where the jackpot is not won, the numbers available for selection are reduced by one for the next draw until the jackpot is won.
Prices
If you want your tickets numbered, then the extra cost will be £2.30 per 1000.
| Tickets | Price |
| 3000 | £73.33 |
| 4000 | £90.00 |
| 5000 | £107.22 |
| 10000 | £192.22 |

Below is our Lottery Ticket Order Form. Please fill in all the details and click the 'send' button. If you wish to not have your tickets numbered then please leave that option blank. The entry fee is the price per ticket.
