Raffle Tickets F.A.Q.

What details should appear on the Raffle Ticket?

You must have the organisation's name, the registration number, the date of the draw, the promoter's name, the prizes and the ticket price.

Will I receive a proof/mockup?

After you have sent us your order, we will send you a mockup of the ticket within 24 hours.

When will I receive my order?

Usually within 7-10 days, but special delivery can be accommodated.

When can I cancel my order?

Please let us know as soon as possible if you wish to cancel as we try to send you a proof as quickly as we can, once we have sent your proof you will be charged

Can I order more than 50,000?

For larger quantities please contact us and we will email you a quote.

Are the Raffle Tickets perforated & numbered?

Yes, The tickets are perforated twice and numbered twice, once on the counterfoil and once on the ticket.

Do you accept payment by Credit Cards?

Yes we do via Paypal.

Can I order more tickets if I don't order enough the first time?

Yes, We will charge you £32 initially for the re-run, after this you will be charged at the per 1,000 rate. We can continue your numbering sequence on the additional order at no extra charge.

Can I place a logo on my tickets?

We can place your logo on almost any raffle ticket. Send your logo as a JPG, GIF, or PDF file for the PC.
